一、岗位职责
1、负责公司信息化、数字化相关工作，具备基本的平台技术开发能力；
2、负责公司和e购网上商城的日常监控与运营事务；
3、根据公司采购或福利政策，上架、下架商品，调整价格、库存，更新商品描述和图片。负责商业活动页面的搭建与更新；
4、处理员工的购物订单，包括审核（若需要）、跟踪物流、处理退换货申请。解答员工在使用商城过程中遇到的相关问题（如登录、支付、优惠券使用等）；
5、管理员工账号和权限，确保只有本公司员工可以登录和消费。负责基础的安全防护，如定期更换密码、检查异常订单等；
6、定期导出销售数据、用户行为数据，制作简单的运营报表，为公司的员工福利采购决策提供数据支持；
7、与商城系统的技术供应商、支付接口提供商、平台供应商（包括计划引入的）、物流公司等对接，解决技术问题和运营问题；
8、上级领导安排的其他相关工作。
二、能力要求
1、熟悉至少一种主流电商后台（如淘宝、京东等商家后台）的操作；
2、熟练使用office办公软件，特别是Excel（用于数据处理和报表制作）；
3、能够快速定位问题（是网络问题、支付问题还是其他）并协调资源解决；
4、需要与内部员工（客服）、技术供应商、外部供应商等多方沟通，表达清晰，有耐心；
5、了解简单的HTML，可以修改页面样式，了解基本的网络知识。
