一、工作职责：
1、根据公司产品路线的战略规划、销售部市场调研的结果和客户要求制订产品开发方向，负责组织起草实施新产品的可行性方案；
2、负责编制公司年、季、月度产品研究开发计划，并组织实施；
3、负责主持编制公司年度研究开发经费预算，并控制经费的总体支出；
4、负责各项研发测试工作计划的检查、监督、指导和考核管理工作；
5、负责各类技术信息和资料的的检查、监督、考核工作；
6、负责各项产品技术标准的检查工作，对补充和修订内容进行监督；
7、负责组织对新产品的技术成果及经济效益的进行评价审核工作；
8、负责对新产品的成本预算、报价等数据进行复核；
二、任职资格：
1、30-40周岁，本科以上学历，5年以上研发技术整体管控经验；
2、具有实验室家具，智能办公家具，智能控制电子领域硬件结构开发和模具五金类开发相关经验，具有相关软件开发工作能力。
3、事业心、责任感强，不怕困难，能承受相当的工作压力，勇于接受挑战；有敏锐、果断的判断、决策、执行能力；
4、具有教育装备行业产品开发工作经验优先录用；
5、机械自动化。
