工作内容：
项目均为对日开发，项目类型包含金融、保险、医疗、餐饮、物流等，对开发语言没有过多限制，要求有三年及以上的开发经验，日语能满足工作沟通，有对日工作经历加分。
■岗位职责：
①熟练掌握一门开发语言3年以上，如JAVA/C/Python等，负责公司相关项目的开发和持续优化；
②主导或参与客户原始需求分析/系统设计等，能够与团队融洽协作，高质量完成核心交付；
③负责相关子系统及业务流程的优化，研发过程持续改进。
■任职要求：
①日语N2以上，口语可满足日常沟通；
②开发经验3年左右，有对日项目经验优先；
③本科/大专学历，学信网可查。
■福利待遇：
①年薪350万-750万，薪资根据面试能力面议+每年2次奖金，奖金为4月、9月发放，每次大概是1.5倍的底薪；
②加班情况，加班情况较少，加班费正常给付；
③交通费每月补助2K左右+每年至少涨薪一次（7月）+各种保险社会福利完备；（根据实际情况可申请配偶抚养津贴、美容津贴等）
④周末双休，带薪年假10天（根据工龄会增加），日本法定节假日放假，全年休假123天；
