岗位职责：
负责加速器Android客户端整体架构设计、开发、维护；
主导复杂功能的技术方案设计与评审，攻克高难度技术问题；
主导线上疑难问题攻坚，包括崩溃、ANR、特殊机型兼容等；
指导团队技术成长，推动代码规范、工程化建设及技术选型升级。

任职要求：
本科及以上学历，5年以上Android开发经验，有大型项目架构设计或技术负责经验；
精通Java/Kotlin，深入理解Android系统机制、Framework层原理；
深入理解TCP/IP、HTTP/HTTPS等网络协议，有VPNService或网络加速类产品开发经验；
精通Android性能分析工具，有丰富的性能优化和疑难问题解决实战经验；
具备良好的技术视野和学习能力，优秀的沟通协作能力。
