任职要求：
本科及以上学历，2年以上运营/流程优化/产品相关经验
具备流程梳理能力，能将业务需求拆解为清晰SOP并落地执行
熟悉AI应用，能设计结构化Prompt模板，确保输出质量稳定
掌握Python/JavaScript/Go至少一种，能写脚本和调用API
熟练使用n8n/Make等自动化工具，理解异常处理和重试机制
具备指标思维，会SQL和数据分析，能搭建监控看板

加分项：
有AI自动化项目落地经验，能提供可量化效果数据
了解RAG和向量检索技术，有知识库搭建经验
有自动化工具二次开发或API集成经验
