工作内容:
1、了解谷歌搜索引擎优化规律与流程，对推广效果进行有力预测和分析:
2、及时扑捉搜索引擎动态，并根据实际情况制定相应的推广方案;
3、负责项目网站SEO优化，能够根据公司战略发展要求，制定全面的搜索引擎优化策略，提升品牌词.核心词、长尾词的搜索引警收录及自然排名，对SEO效果负责:
4、负责研究竞争站点和深入挖掘用户搜索需求，改进SEO策略，不断提升业务关键词排名与整体搜索流量
5、负责站内、外优化，制定行业网站各频道的SEO标准及策略，并形成相应要求文档，进行实时监控:分析和总结竞争对手的SEO手法和创新做法，定期提出行业观点，拓展业务新方向。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历，有1~2年的谷歌SEO经验;
2、精通搜索引擎SEO优化，对关键词分析、网站诊断、网站优化、关键词排名检测等方面有丰富的经验;
3、具有较强的网站内部和外部优化能力，掌握网站的内容、关键词、排名、长尾词、矩阵等优化技巧:
4、具有较强的数据分析能力，能定期对相关数据进行有效分析并制作报告，并提出改进方案:
5、具有良好的创新意识和学习能力，较高的职业素养、敬业精神及团队精神，擅于沟通。
