岗位职责：
1. 主导光伏IT系统的架构设计，核心流程的技术方案设计和落地，主导光伏IT系统底层技术的规划和搭建包括通用解决方案和技术中间件。
2. 参与光伏IT系统业务需求和架构优化和迭代工作，高质量交付项目，发现当前架构的痛点，并采用合适的解决方案、技术进行优化。
3. 对前沿的技术有很好的学习和探索意识，能引入并落地。
4. 有丰富的开发经验和架构经验，参与基础服务优化，做到高性能、高可用、可扩展。
5. 主导公司级别IT 技术标准与规范，并能确保进行规范的落地与执行。
任职资格：
1. JAVA基础扎实，精通io、多线程、集合、sockets等基础框架，理解jvm参数调优。
2. 数据结构/算法基础扎实，熟悉常用设计模式，有大型分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用性系统设计开发经验者优先。
3. 熟悉Spring Boot及Spring Cloud或者Dubbo等微服务治理框架，并了解机制和原理。
4. 熟悉mysql，掌握性能技巧；对中间件，如分布式缓存，消息队列，分布式搜索引擎，分布式数据库有深入的了解。
5. 熟悉Linux环境下开发部署，了解Shell/Python编程；熟悉 DevOps,了解或熟悉docker/k8s等技术。
