岗位职责：
1、参与金融行业通信类系统（如短信网关、语音通信接口集成等）或呼叫中心平台的后端开发，基于 Java 技术栈搭建高可用、高并发的服务架构，保障系统稳定运行。
2、深入理解金融业务与通信 / 呼叫中心业务的结合场景，将业务需求转化为技术方案，独立完成核心模块的代码编写、单元测试及功能实现，确保符合业务逻辑与性能要求。
3、负责系统接口设计与开发，包括与第三方通信服务商（运营商、云通信平台等）的接口对接，以及与内部业务系统（如 CRM、交易系统）的集成，保障数据交互顺畅。
4、优化系统性能，解决开发及运维过程中的技术难题，如并发瓶颈、数据一致性问题等，提升系统响应速度与稳定性，满足金融业务高可靠性需求。
与产品、前端、测试及运维团队紧密协作，参与需求评审、技术方案讨论及项目上线全流程，确保项目按时交付并符合质量标准。
5、编写并维护相关技术文档，包括接口文档、设计文档等，保障开发过程的规范性与可追溯性。

任职要求：
1、精通freeswitch ,或者asterisk, 能够完成通话问题排查
2、至少了解opensips 或者 kamailio
3、熟悉SIP协议, 知道坐席注册 / 路由, 通话SIP协议如何流转
4、熟悉一门编程语言(java, python等)
5、具备良好的代码规范与系统设计能力，有较强的问题分析与解决能力，能独立应对复杂技术场景；拥有优秀的沟通能力与团队协作精神，积极主动推进工作。
6、有金融行业呼叫中心系统集成经验；熟悉分布式事务解决方案；了解 DevOps 流程及自动化部署工具（如 Jenkins、Docker）。
