Primary Responsibilities:主要职责：
1. Conduct daily on-site factory inspections to identify safety risks violations, immediately stop any non-compliant operations, follow up on the rectification of identified risks.
每日开展生产区域现场巡查，识别安全隐患与违章作业行为，时间制止违规操作，跟踪隐患整改进度。
2. Regularly collect national local EHS laws regulations compile them a compliance checklist.
定期收集、更新国家和地方EHS相关法律法规，梳理形成合规清单。
3. Organize three-level safety training fnew employees routine EHS training fall staff to promote knowledge of safe operating procedures environmental protection measures, to enhance EHS awareness among all employees.
组织新员工三级安全教育和全员日常EHS培训，普及安全操作、环保防护相关知识，提升全员EHS意识。
4. Manage the records of the plant’s fire protection facilities special equipment, conduct regular inspections, ensure that statutory requirements—such as annual inspections of special equipment calibration of firefighting equipment—are fulfilled.
管理全厂消防设施、特种设备的台账，定期检查，督促完成特种设备年检、消防器材校验等法定工作。
5. Establish occupational health records femployees; coordinate with qualified agencies to conduct testing foccupational hazard factors in the workplace;ganize occupational health examinations; ensure that employees properly wear use PPE.
建立员工职业健康管理档案，对接有资质机构开展作业场所职业病危害因素检测，组织职业健康体检，监督员工正确佩戴使用劳动防护用品。
6. Inspection of environmental protection equipment.
环保类设备的运行点检。
7. Registration Management of Hazardous Waste Incoming Outgoing Shipments.
危险废弃物的出入库登记管理。
8. Distribution Management of Personal Protective Equipment.
个人防护用品的发放管理。
9. ESD Control.
ESD管控。
10. Other issues assigned by management level.

Preferable Studies :教育背景：
Bachelor’s degree above
本科及以上学历
Preferable Professional Experience工作经验
Above 3 years’ working experience in EHS system management.
具备3年以上EHS体系管理经验。
Preferable specialized Knowledge特殊知识或能力
 Family with ISO14001 & ISO45001 requirements.
熟悉ISO14001及ISO45001标准要求。
 Proficient in using common office software other applications.
具备良好常用办公软件等的操作能力。
 Fluent English speaking is required.
英语流利。
