岗位职责
1. 负责智能审单、企业知识库，数字人等AI应用开发，推动应用效果持续提升与迭代。
2. 使用Docker/Docker Compose完成服务容器化封装与环境搭建，配合CI/CD实现多环境一致交付。
3. 将Prompt策略与LLM工作流转化为生产级代码，处理复杂业务边界，推动应用效果迭代。
4. 实践Vibe Coding模式，利用AI工具加速接口开发与原型验证；遵循规范编写可维护代码与技术文档。
5. 负责线上故障排查，快速定位根因并给出系统性解决方案。

任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2年以上Python后端开发经验，精通Python及异步编程机制。
2. 熟练使用FastAPI框架，掌握依赖注入、中间件等核心机制，能独立完成符合RESTful规范的API设计与开发。
3. 熟悉Redis缓存策略与PostgreSQL向量检索/JSONB查询，具备Nginx反向代理与接口限流配置能力，能支撑AI应用的高并发与低延迟需求。
4. 熟练掌握Docker、Docker Compose，能编写优化Dockerfile并完成多服务编排。
5. 熟练使用Git进行版本控制与团队协作，具备良好的逻辑分析与线上问题定位能力。
6. 对大语言模型（LLM）有浓厚的兴趣，了解 Prompt Engineering的基本方法。
7. 学习能力强，能高效配合前后端、算法及运维团队完成项目交付。
