岗位职责：
1、负责公司相关的java开发工作；
2、有业务敏感度，能快速理解用户所述需求背后痛点；
3、现有后端产品持续进行改进和优化，维护并解决发现的bug；
4、严格根据文档规范快速实现相应的业务逻辑；负责后端性能调优、测试及疑难问题解决。
岗位要求：
1.统招本科及以上学历，学信网可查；3年以上的技术开发相关的工作经验；有国内电商和跨境电商相关的工作经验优先
2.熟练掌握Spring cloud、Spring boot、MyBatis等常用框架，了解其工作原理;大数据关键词: Hadoop, Hive, Doris, Flink, 数据仓库, 数据湖
3.熟练掌握Mysql、TIDB等关系型数据库设计、查询编写和优化；
4.熟悉缓存（Redis/Memcached）、消息（Kafka/RabbitMQ/RocketMQ/ActiveMQ）、分布式系统；
5.熟悉MongoDB、elasticsearch的设计、增删改查
6.优秀的理解和表达能力，主动性强；
7.足够强的自学能力和对新知识的学习欲望；
8.足够强的承压能力和解决问题能力。
9.英语具有一定的能力（优先），能够看懂相关的接口文档
10.性格活泼开朗，积极向上，能够很好的融入团队
