任职要求:
本科以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验，特别优秀适当放宽
熟悉rtos系统，包括不限于rt-thread，freertos，threadx等，有一定的linux kernel驱动开发和debug经验熟悉ARM，RISC-V，X86等架构，有GIC/PLIC，MMU,timer/WDT,Jtag，SPIUART/2C/DMA/pwm等模块驱动开发经验
熟悉SM2/SM3/SM4，RSA/SHAVAES等加密算法，对芯片的secure boot如bootrom，loader等有实际开发经验
熟悉pcie/cxI/DDR/D2D协议，深入了解主流的vendIP，有实际的pcie/cxI/DDR/D2D开发和调试经验(加分项)
熟悉SOC的power management，对芯片的dvfs,thermal management,power wall等有深入理解，在power方面有优化和量产落地经验(加分项)
有codec的开发和调试经验，对当前主流的编解码格式有深入了解和性能调优经验(加分项)有GPU/NPU的FW开发经验，熟悉GPU/NPU内部任务调度原理，有相关FW性能调优经验(加分项)
了解cuda/opencl的软件架构，了解kernellaunch的流程(加分项)
