1.跟踪研究美国、欧盟、中国等市场的消费者权益、产品责任等法规，制定合规指引并嵌入业务流程；
2.协助处理消费者质量投诉，评估法律风险，制定解决方案，并形成案例改进机制；
3.主导应对FTC、CPSC、欧盟及中国监管机构的调查、检查与召回事务；
4.向质量、客服、市场团队提供法律培训，总结典型案例形成指引；
5.参与线下渠道供应商合同评审工作（英文为主）。

任职要求：
1.三年以上法务或者律师经验，通过法考。
2.熟悉主要市场（如美国、欧盟、中国）消费者保护、产品责任、产品召回、质量监管法律法规。
3.熟悉政府监管机构的执法流程（如美国 FTC、CPSC，欧盟市场监管机构等），能够协调律师应对调查、申报及现场检查。
4.能独立处理质量相关的消费者纠纷，包括投诉评估、调解、赔偿方案设计与执行。
5.拥有跨部门协调能力，能与研发、质量、供应链、客服、市场、公关等部门紧密协作。在突发事件中能够快速组织多部门资源，确保法律合规处理。
6.拥有应急判断与风险控制能力，能冷静判断，快速评估风险等级并提出应对方案。
7.能平衡商业利益与合规风险，避免扩大法律责任。

加分项：
1.有医疗器械行业工作经历优先；
2.具备海外客诉或行政监管应对经验；
3.流利的英文口语。
