大模型检索增强生成方向
1、知识工程：负责金融知识库建设，负责知识清洗、知识理解、知识加工、索引构建等核心流程建设，用大模型技术做有广度、有深度的知识理解和加工
2、检索工程：负责检索工程建设，负责QP、QQ:**********/QD/结构化召回、精排、重排等核心模块开发，建设图搜索能力，分析检索中的badcase并制定解决方案
3、技术创新：积极探索技术前沿，鼓励并支持将技术成果沉淀为技术文章，专利和学术论文
职位要求
1、Java基础扎实，两年以上互联网研发经验，能够主导跨团队项目的架构设计以及核心模块研发
2、熟悉常见问题解决方案及其原理（分布式缓存、微服务、消息中间件、负载均衡、连接池等），有良好的软件工程知识和编码规范意识
3、具备很强的分析问题和实际解决问题的能力，能够承担大型复杂项目的维护及改造升级工作
4、具备良好的沟通能力及团队协作意识，有能力针对特定场景或要求给出合理的技术方案，并跨部门协调完成
5、有知识工程、搜索/推荐工程经验者优先，有算法经验者优先
