- 5. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与团队成员和其他部门进行有效的沟通和协作；
- 6. 有强烈的责任心和自驱力，能够快速融入团队；
- 7. 有大型复杂分布式互联网Web系统的设计和开发经验者优先。
