岗位职责：
参与公司核心业务场景的算法设计、开发与优化；
负责数据清洗、特征工程、模型训练、评估与部署上线；
与产品、运营、前后端团队协作，将算法能力转化为实际业务价值；
持续跟踪算法效果，进行A/B测试、指标分析与模型迭代；
关注行业前沿算法技术，结合业务需求进行技术预研与落地；
编写清晰的技术文档，参与团队知识沉淀与分享。

任职要求：
必备技能：
扎实的编程能力，熟练使用 Python（必须），熟悉常用数据结构与算法；
熟悉机器学习基础算法（如 LR、SVM、XGBoost、聚类、协同过滤等）；
熟练使用 Scikit-learn、Pandas、NumPy 等数据处理与建模工具；
了解至少一种深度学习框架（如 TensorFlow / PyTorch）；
熟悉 SQL，具备数据提取与分析能力；
具备良好的逻辑思维、问题拆解能力和沟通协作能力。

加分项：
有推荐系统、用户增长、广告算法、NLP 或 CV 项目经验；
熟悉模型部署（Flask/FastAPI/Docker）或 ONNX/TensorRT 优化；
有大数据处理经验（Spark / Hive / Flink）；
有 Kaggle、天池等竞赛获奖经历或 GitHub 开源项目；
熟悉大模型（LLM）应用、Prompt Engineering、RAG 更佳。
