工作职责:
1、运营公司Instagram / Facebook账号，负责对品牌官网、电商平台、social media等渠道的素材整合，参与站外渠道宣发素材脚本的创作，产出品牌所需的高质量内容，包含图文视频等；
2、根据业务需要，配合品牌整体规划、结合各种营销节点、新品上市节奏，制定社媒运营方案；
3、负责品牌社媒账号运营包括但不限于内容策划、活动策划、粉丝互动等，通过账号运营提升粉丝数量及账号活跃度和粘性，对数据负责；
4、对社媒账号及竞品动态定期进行数据梳理、监控和分析，追踪海外网络热点话题，有效热点及时抓取并反馈，帮助品牌在未来规划中抓取风口；
5、完成上级安排的其他相关工作。

任职资格:
1、本科或以上学历，市场营销/电子商务/广告传媒等相关专业毕业，英语CET-4及以上，流利的听说读写能力，熟悉海外文化，有海外留学或工作经验者优先；
2、2年及以上海外新媒体营销经验，熟悉各种社交媒体平台，包括Tiktok、Instagram、Youtube、Facebook、Pinterest等，具成功的品牌或产品推广案例优先；
3、对海外社交媒体趋势敏感，具备较强的内容创作能力、运营策划能力和统筹能力；
4、做事认真、负责，沟通协调能力强，具有极强的执行力、学习能力和抗压能力；
5、跨部门沟通协作能力强，执行力强，结果导向，有较强的体系化能力和自我管理意识，能够协同多部门完成目标以及业务落地和持续优化。
