6. 监控包材行业动态、价格波动，输出市场洞察，制定应急采购与风险应对方案。
7. 协调研发、供应链、质检、仓储等跨部门协作，确保包材按质按量到库，保障产线连续性。
8. 维护与高端包装厂商的深度合作关系，掌握如玻璃、注塑、铝材、电化铝、纸塑等多类材料特性及配套工艺。
任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历，供应链、材料科学、工业设计、包装工程相关专业优先。
2. 至少5年护肤品行业包材采购经验，有服务或就职于高端护肤品牌的经历优先。
3. 熟悉各类护肤品包材结构、材质与生产工艺（如瓶、泵、盖、软管、真空瓶等）。
4. 熟练操作ERP或SRM系统，具备数据分析与成本建模能力，掌握SAP、金蝶等系统优先。
5. 熟悉ISO22716、GMPC等质量管理体系，有质量风险意识和法规合规意识。
6. 沟通能力强，抗压能力佳，具备较强的谈判技巧和跨部门协作能力。
