岗位职责：
1、跟踪全球 PFA 消融导管前沿技术、专利布局、竞品分析与临床进展；
2、开展包含新材料、新工艺、新方案的PFA消融导管技术可行性论证；
3、负责脉冲PFA消融导管的结构设计与材料选型；
4、负责导管核心部件（电极、球囊、鞘管、手柄等）3D建模与工程图纸输出；
5、完成PFA消融导管物料订购与样品试制；
6、主导PFA消融导管工艺开发与工艺验证；
7、主导PFA 消融导管的电学性能、机械性能、消融有效性等方面的功能测试；
8、主导PFA 消融导管系统（主机+导管）的量效研究和可靠性验证工作；
梳理PFA消融导管相关法规与行业标准，确保研发过程的合规性。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，机械工程、材料工程、生物医学工程、机电一体化等相关专业；
2、熟悉介入医疗器械开发流程，有电生理导管、消融导管、PFA 导管相关开发经验；
3. 熟悉导管制造工艺：Extrusion、Braiding、Coil、Heat setting、Laser welding、Electrode welding等；
4. 熟练使用至少一种 3D 设计软件（SolidWorks、ProE、UG 等），具备工程图输出能力；
5. 了解 ISO 13485、医疗器械 GMP、设计开发流程、设计验证与确认；
6. 具有较强的动手能力强，能独立完成样品制作；
7、具备较强的问题分析能力，并能快速提出问题解决方案。
8、工作严谨细致，具备良好的跨部门沟通与项目推进能力。
9、完整参与过三类介入耗材从 0 到 1 研发、注册与量产经验优先考虑。
10、有电生理导管、消融导管、PFA 导管相关开发经验优先考虑。
