岗位职责：
1. 负责负责外部来访人员（客户、合作伙伴、行业嘉宾、意向经销商等）各类会议的统筹规划；
2. 根据会议类型（产品品鉴会、合作洽谈会、行业交流会、客户答谢会等），结合农产品 / 食品科技行业特点；推广公司产品；
3. 负责公司产品宣传与价值传递，通过借助各类会议，向参会人员精准传递产品价值，解答产品相关疑问，提升品牌认知度与产品认可度；
4. 负责收集参会人员对产品的反馈意见与需求，整理后同步至产品、研发等部门，为产品迭代与优化提供参考；
5. 负责针对对接的外部核心客户，进行客户深度服务与关系维护，定期回访等；
6. 执行上级安排的其它工作。
任职要求：
1. 年龄 22-30 岁，本科及以上学历，市场营销、会展管理、食品科学等相关专业优先，有农产品 / 食品行业会议运营、产品推广经验者优先。
2. 具备 3-35年以上外部会议组织、客户服务或产品推广相关工作经验，熟悉会务全流程操作。
3. 强沟通协调能力，团队协作能力，具备良好的职业形象与商务礼仪。
