岗位职责:
(1)负责质保部合规管理组的建设及相关文件的制定与修订。
(2)依据新法颁布，结合公司实际情况不断优化和完善合规体系，组织进行公司内培训，并监督执行，保证产品质量的安全、有效、可控。
(3)查询法规网站，识别与我公司生产产品相关法规，并进行初步评估，根据药品法规初步评估结果将法规发送至相应的部门进行法规差距分析和评估。
(4)负责组织相关人员完成法规持续符合性差距分析，审核各部门提交的法规差距分析结果，并追踪其产生的改进措施，确保以上行动在法规强制生效执行期或正式生效前完成。
(5)负责法规持续符合性管理，组织并开展公司内部自检，审核涉及的相关资料，并追踪其产生的改进措施。
(6）整理法规电子版，并定期归档，建立法规汇编手册，供内部使用。
(7）负责配合公司进行产品出海相关工作。
(8）完成领导交办的其他临时任务。
任职要求:
学历：本科及以上
专业：生物或医药相关专业
经验：3年以上相关工作经验
语言能力：具有良好的沟通和写作能力，能借助软件准确理解国外相关法规，具有基础的英语口语沟通能力优先。
其他：具备质量管理人员所要求的分析、管理、协调、指导能力。
