Job Summary:
Plans, coordinates produces mask layout fthe physical design of digital analog design blocks. Works from logic diagrams, schematics verbal instructions provided by design engineering. Develops block plans; assigns tasks to others based upon ability; coordinates block activity; prepares complex layout of multi-layer ICs; makes edits from schematics; prepares block status reports; performs DRC layout verification checks. Utilizes CAD verification tools to complete the final design specs makes final database preparation.

Essential Functions:
Duties responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
1. layout that passes Layout Software fthe assigned design project in a specified process.
2. Make a floplan with the designer.
3. Provide net list to the project leader fbonding diagram determination.
4. Closely work with designer to ensure ESD, latch up, power bus width, die size pad placement all meet requirement.
5. Perform Layout design verification other necessary operations ftape out corresponding documents.
6. Other duties that assigned by upper supervisor.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative, but not limited to the knowledge, skill, and/ability required.
• Majored in related microelectronic discipline;
• More than three year CMOS IC full custom layout experience;
• 熟练操作版图设计和验证等相关软件。
• 有HV BCD process的电源管理、LED驱动等项目经验或至少成功tape out过一个项目。
• Auto P&R Parasitic extractions are more appreciated;
