岗位职责:
1.根据PCB设计规范及设计要求，进行多层数模混合板的PCB设计。
2.对部门内其他员工进行业务上的指导,并参与各个项目的元件布局优化、调整和PCB评审。
3.确保项目计划的实现，并且在保证产品质量的前提下，与结构、数字及射频工程师一起根据产品要求制定设计方案，处理PCB板厂反馈的EQ文件，进行PCB板的工程确认。
4.保证项目产品的高效量产,协助分析解决外协厂反馈的与贴片工艺相关的问题。
5.根据公司文件归档流程，将所负责项目板卡的生产文件归档。

任职要求：
1.电子工程相关专业（电子、通讯、计算机等）；
2.三年及以上PCB layout经验，精通设计软件(Candence/AD);
3.有相控阵多层PCB设计经验者优先；
4.有较强的责任感，以及良好的团队合作精神。
