岗位职责：
1.了解公司业务现状、发展需求和团队状况，推进公司人力资源工作在部门或区域的规划、执行和推进落地，为各部门或区域团队发展提供支持。
2.配合各业务部门完成人才引进、招聘、甄别、考核、盘点、激励、保留、优化等工作。
3.有效执行公司的绩效、薪酬等制度，推进项目落地实施。
4.熟悉劳动法与劳动合同法，能提供公司内部对人力资源制度的咨询和建议，有效规避潜在的用工风险。
5.负责业务单元的员工入/离/调/转、社保、工伤、劳动纠纷等异常事项对接和处理。
6.人力资源管理和工作流程的持续优化。
任职要求：
1.全日制统招本科及以上学历，人力资源相关专业。
2.三年以上人力资源管理经验，其中一年以上HRBP经验，熟练使用office办公软件。
3.具备较强的逻辑思维能力、学习能力、自驱力及抗压能力。
4.心态开放，善于沟通，良好的协调能力，责任心强。
