工作职责：

1、负责全球连接产品线及智连中心AI技术的研究开发，相关AI项目的算法研究、算法优化、代码实现和性能改进；
2、负责全球连接产品线及智连中心相关产品的人工智能开发研究，技术难点攻关；
3、负责根据产品需求完成解决方案设计及算法设计和实现和产品的开发落地，并结合项目不断优化和升级，提高性能、稳定性、可用性和扩展性；
4、负责中国电信AIOT全连接管理平台改造和升级的相关研发工作，能够独立承接项目并进行良好的系统设计和实现。

能力要求：
1、985/211硕士及以上学历，5年以上AI应用开发经验。具备良好的数据结构，算法分析和相关代码实现基础能力。
2、熟练使用Python/C/C++等至少一种编程语言，并具备其编程能力，熟悉linux平台和开发环境。
3、精通Pytorch/TensorFlow/caffe等任意一门及以上深度学习框架；熟练常用的神经网络及深度神经网络并有相关的开发经验。
4、熟悉JAVA编程技术,熟悉SpringCloud、Dubbo、SSM框架等主流开发技术，熟悉常规的分布式架构，熟悉缓存、消息队列等开源中间件，熟悉DevOps、K8S等云原生技术。
5、熟悉数据库设计（Mysql优先），优秀的SQL编写及调优能力，熟悉常见NoSQL存储，如Hbase、memcached、redis、mongodb等。
6、自学能力强，具备阅读英文文档能力，能看相关前沿期刊论文，良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力。
