【岗位职责】
1. 负责SaaS产品的定制化功能开发、交付以及运维应用的开发工作；
2. 深入理解业务，产出高质量的业务支撑方案、性能优化方案和技术规划，并能独立推动落地；
3. 有敏捷开发团队SOP标准流程，会使用云效拆解任务，把握关键节点，推动需求顺利进行；
【任职要求】
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上JAVA开发经验；
2. 至少掌握一种主流 AI 编程工具（Cursor/Trae/Claude Code/MCP），并有实际项目应用经验
3. 熟练常用中间件框架：SpringCloud/Dubbo、Mybatis Plus、Nacos、RocketMQ、XXL-JOB等；
4. 熟悉Postgres、MySQL关系型数据库&掌握慢SQL优化技巧；
5. 扎实的Java编程功底，强迫症编码习惯，熟悉设计模式并能实际应用到项目中者优先；

1. 熟悉Rocky Linux系统，熟悉操作系统命令和Shell脚本编写、部署；
