3、培训与教育：组织开展安全环保培训(如新员工三级安全教育)，提升全员安全意识和技能。
4、监督与检查：定期进行安全环保检查，排查隐患，督促整改，并对违章行为进行处罚。
5、应急管理：负责事故应急预案的制定，演练及事故调查处理，降低风险。
6、外联与合规：对接政府监管部门，确保企业合规，处理环保监测，排污许可等事务。
7、团队管理：领导安环部门，协调内外部资源，推动安全文化建设。
任职要求
1、教育背景：大专及以上学历，环境工程，安全工程或相关专业优先。
2、工作经验：3-5年大型企业安环管理经验，熟悉EHS全流程及法规。
3、技能要求：熟练使用CAD,Office等工具，掌握安全环保技术标准，具备较强的组织协调，应急处理及沟通能力。
4、素质要求：责任心强，能适应现场工作环境，持有注册安全工程师等职业资格者优先。
5、核心能力：精通安全环保法规，能独立处理技术难题；管理能力长团队建设跨部门协作及控制成木
