一、工作职责：
1.计划与物控PMC管理：结合内外贸订单及产能，制定生产计划，分解任务至各车间，明确节点与质量要求；统筹物料管控，管理采购、仓库，对接销售、生产、物流，保障物料供应，控制生产成本。
2. 精益生产推进：组织开展精益生产工作，优化生产流程、生产工艺技术，提升生产效率与产能利用率；推动工艺及现场标准化、规范化管理，改善生产环境，降低设备故障率。
3. 开发、评审、管理供应商资源，建立并维护高效、稳定、有竞争力的供应商体系，定期进行供应商绩效考核；
4.主导重要采购项目的谈判，签订采购合同，收发料、在库物资管理，确保质量、成本、交期和服务的＊优化；
5. 监控市场行情与供应风险，制定并实施成本降低方案和采购风险防范措施。
二、任职要求：
硬性条件
1.统招本科及以上学历
2.采购供应链管理、机械、材料、工商管理等相关专业；
3.具有3年以上外资、上市公司或大中型制造型企业PMC、采购工作经验，其中至少 2 年以上采购管理经验，熟悉药用玻璃、制药包材、电子、装配等类别企业的物料采购。
三、优先条件：
1.具备商务谈判能力、成本分析能力、合同管理能力；
2.熟悉供应商管理体系和质量控制流程；
3.具备良好的风险管控能力，熟悉国际贸易流程及优先；
