一、岗位职责
1、负责公司外贸客户质量对接，主要服务海外医药客户，全程对接海外客户质量审核；
2、主导外协供应商质量管控、现场稽核，管控药用玻璃、无菌包材外协生产质量；
3、独立编写、修订英文版 GMP 质量文件、工艺技术文件、验证文件；
4、整理第三方检测报告、资质文件，完成英文归档，满足海外客户审计要求；
5、负责外籍客户来华审厂全程接待、答疑、整改闭环，处理客户质量投诉；
6、建立并维护外贸质量体系，持续优化无菌管控流程，贴合欧美医药准入标准；
7、对内协调业务、供应链、外协工厂，对外对接海外客户、第三方检测机构。
二、任职要求
1、统招本科及以上学历，药学、制药工程、药物制剂等制药相关专业；
2、5 年以上医药行业 QA 质量管理经验，有制药厂质量主管、质量经理履历优先；
3、精通无菌 GMP 规范，熟悉药用包材行业生产标准，了解美洲国家、欧洲国家医药法规；
4、具备优秀英文书面能力，可独立撰写全套英文质量资料，能看懂海外审核条款；
5、接受短期出差，可独立前往外协工厂稽核、项目洽谈；
6、具备外宾审厂接待经验，逻辑清晰、抗压能力强，外贸医药包材行业优先
