任职要求
1、熟悉 Android 系统启动流程（Bootloader → Kernel → Zygote → SystemServer）；
2、熟悉 AOSP 架构、Android Framework 层原理及 Binder / AMS / PMS / HAL 等机制；
3、精通 C/C++、Java、Shell 脚本，有系统模块或服务开发经验；
4、有自研 ROM、LineageOS、Pixel Experience、或厂商定制系统开发经验；
5、英文阅读能力良好，能理解 Android 官方文档与代码。
