一、岗位职责
1.负责在集团电子采购平台项目建档、发布招标公告；
2.负责招标文件发售等；
3.组织答疑/主动澄清。
4.跟进已购标单位投标保证金递交方式，更新、维护发售台账；
5.按照确定的评委组建人数，在电采平台上抽取外聘专家，提交专家备案审批；
6.组织开标会议；
7.编制开评标表格、电子评标专家打分明细表及汇总表、评标报告等开评标资料；
8.签收投标人快递递交的投标文件或者现场送达的投标文件，并组织投标文件递交登记；
9.开评标会务准备；
10.发布中标候选人公示；
11.组织合格供方准入及评价工作；
12.合同谈判落实后发布中标通知书及中标结果公告；
13.招标过程文件整理、移交；保证金清退等工作；
14.跟踪各合同谈判、合同审批、合同签订流程进展，并及时督促。
二、任职要求
1.作经验：具备1年以上招投标项目执行经验或核电行业采购管理相关经验优先；
2.通用能力：策划统筹、分析判断、协调沟通、团队激励；
3.专业技能：文字攥写能力、较强的逻辑沟通能力、具备工程管理思维。
