岗位职责：
1.开发小红书、天猫、京东、抖音、视频号的MCN/直播主播达人，建立长期稳定的合作关系，筛选适合合作的主播并推荐适合其带货的产品；
2.与对方沟通直播带货的合作方案，对*终带货效果负责；
3.维护商务往来，包括带货潜力达人或机构的长期合作，为公司争取更有利的资源或条件，挖掘合作深度；
4.及时了解小红书、天猫、京东、抖音、视频号直播行业的发展动态，对相关信息进行收集、分析和总结。是小红书、淘宝直播，抖音的重度用户；
5.监控并分析运营关键数据(拉新、转化、复购、客单价、用户生命周期价值LTV等)，基于数据洞察持续优化合作策略与运营动作；
6.高效协调内部资源(内容、设计、产品、技术、客服团队)，确保合作项目高质量落地，提升用户体验和合作满意度；
7.与销售、市场、运营等部门紧密合作，共同推动产品的市场推广和销售业绩的达成；
8.根据公司需要，完成上级交办的其他临时性任务。

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历；
2.有2-3年商务拓展、平台合作、品牌营销或电商运营相关工作经验；
3.能熟练操作基本办公软件，具备一定的文案功底；
4.丰富的MCN机构、直播公会和带货KOL资源；
5.具备一定的开发KOL资源的能力和方法；
6.具备优秀的项目管理和多任务并行处理能力；
7.具备良好的人际交往、语言表达和沟通能力；
8.具备高度的责任心、诚信的工作作风、优秀沟通能力及团队协作能力；
9.结果导向，抗压性强，拥有强烈的自驱力和目标感。
