岗位职责：
1、参与前后端系统的需求评审、设计、开发、测试与上线，全程负责业务功能实现；
2、基于 React/Vue + TypeScript 构建高可用 Web 应用，持续优化性能与用户体验；
3、使用 Java/Go/Python 开发微服务模块，设计 RESTful API 和数据库方案；
4、参与 DevOps / CI/CD 流程建设，推进自动化构建、测试与部署（Jenkins/GitLab CI）；
5、排查生产环境问题，负责系统性能优化、稳定性保障与安全加固。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，5 年以上全栈或后端开发经验，具备扎实的计算机基础；
2、精通 React/Vue + TypeScript，熟悉前端工程化工具（Webpack/Vite）；
3、熟练掌握 Spring Cloud / Django / Gin 等主流框架，熟悉 MySQL、Redis、消息队列；
4、熟悉 Docker/K8s（ACK 优先）与常用阿里云服务（ECS、SLB、RDS、OSS 等），了解 Prometheus/Grafana 监控；
5、熟悉高并发与分布式架构设计原则（限流、熔断、降级等），具备良好的模块设计能力与代码规范意识。
