任职要求

2. 精通Java、PHP编程语言，深入掌握Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等主流框架，具备扎实的架构设计能力。
3. 熟悉MySQL、Redis等数据库的设计与优化，有高并发、大数据量场景下的性能调优经验。
4. 了解分布式系统、微服务架构及消息队列技术，能独立解决复杂技术问题。
5. 主导过2个以上中大型互联网或医疗项目的研发管理，有医疗服务平台、远程会诊系统等相关经验者优先。
6. 具备优秀的团队管理与项目管理能力，能高效协调资源、管控进度并达成业务目标。
7. 熟悉医疗行业合规规范（如HIPAA、等保2.0）及数据安全要求者优先。
