工作职责:
一、完成班长安排的生产任务
1．根据CNC班长安排的生产任务，按照图纸的要求和来料，在规定的时间内，进行CNC加工(电极，入子，模仁成型、评定效率100%)，出现不清楚的情况和难题及时向CNC班长汇报。
2．生产过程中如有发生异常，必须仔细寻找原因和寻求解决对策，及时填写《模具车间不合格记录表》，并报告给班长、生产主管、经理批准后，重新加工。
3．协助班长做好工作交接。
二、确保设备和工具状态良好
1. 负责对加工中心的日常维护和保养，做好机床的点检工作，做好机床的每日／月／季度／年的点检工作，及时确认工具及备件是否完整。
2. 及时向CNC班长汇报设备的异常和故障，排除一般机械故障。
3. 合理使用及保养各种工、量、治具。
三、保证生产过程中的产品质量
1. 根据图纸上的要求，对加工的工件进行自检，填写《模具零件检测报告》。
四、持续改善
1．保持桌面的整洁, 做好本区域的6S工作。
2. 积极参加车间和公司安排的培训。
3. 提出改进工作的建议，执行车间的持续改善工作。
4．协助班长对本工段的技术攻关，解决本工段存在的技术难题。

任职资格:
1. 专业背景：机械制造、模具等相关专业。
2 .看懂机械制图，懂切削加工原理，会UG软件及编程者优先。
3. 技能技巧：熟练操作牧野V33、阿奇Mill S500等CNC加工中心，能处理常见的设备故障，有高精度零件加工经验者优先。
4. 工作经验：5年以上工作经验、接受夜班倒班。
5. 教育水平：中专以上学历。

备注：两班倒，周末是根据生产情况安排加班。
