2.负责数据架构的开发和维护，包括但不限于数据建模、ETL流程设计等，以促进数据的高效利用。
3.引入DataOps理念，整合数据集成、模型设计、数据开发、CI/CD等环节，指导应用开发团队提高数据应用交付效率。
4.设计并实现数据治理相关工具，如元数据管理、生命周期管理、数据安全管控等模块，提升数据管理和治理效能。
5.负责技术验证与实现，攻关关键技术难题，加速数据存储与处理应用，优化大规模数据的计算效率，提升系统性能。
6.与不同部门紧密合作，深入理解业务需求和目标，设计并落地满足业务需求的大数据方案，推动数据赋能业务发展。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业。
2.具备5年以上大数据开发经验，熟悉数据仓库及数据开发相关技术栈，拥有成功的产品迭代经历。
3.精通Doris、Kafka、Hadoop、Hive、HBase、Spark、Flink等技术，了解分布式系统原理和架构，有丰富的大数据平台项目实施经验。
4.具备长期规划能力和目标分解能力，能够有效推进产品从概念到落地的全过程。
5.在数据治理、数据仓库方面具有丰富的实践经验，能够制定并实施有效的数据管理策略。
6.拥有出色的沟通技巧和团队合作精神，能够有效地将复杂的技术概念传达给非技术人员。
7.快速学习新技术的能力，对行业趋势保持敏感，能够迅速适应和掌握新知识。
8.有证券金融行业工作经验者优先考虑。
