1、负责数据应用产品相关数据开发工作，涵盖数仓集市建设、数据产品建设、数据治理、数据统计分析等工作；
2、负责业务数据梳理与流程优化，搭建并完善数据指标体系，依托数据化分析方式为产品迭代提供坚实的数据支撑；
3、主导各类数据相关项目推进，规范数据生产、应用全流程标准，持续提升数据生产效率、数据服务质量与数据业务价值；
4、依托 BI 等数据可视化、数据分析工具，完成数据成果展示与落地交付工作；
5、探索 AI 与大数据融合应用场景，推动智能化工具在数据开发、数据分析及业务支撑中的落地，提升研发效率与业务赋能水平；
6、完成上级交办的其他临时性工作任务。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、数学等相关专业优先；
2、熟悉 Hadoop、Spark、Flink、Kafka、Starrocks 等大数据平台组件及 MPP 数据库，熟练掌握 Java、Python、SQL 等开发语言；
3、掌握数仓建模理论及落地应用，具备离线或实时数仓建设经验；
4、熟悉常用数据统计、挖掘算法，具备一定的数据分析与建模能力；
5、理解数据驱动业务逻辑，具备良好的业务数据敏感度、逻辑分析能力及独立思考能力；
6、工作责任心强，具备良好的团队协作意识与沟通能力，工作态度积极上进；具备券商行业工作经验、有智能化数据工具落地经验者优先。
