岗位职责：
1、负责建立、实施、维护和持续改进公司的EHS管理体系（如ISO 14001、 ISO 45001等）。制定、修订和完善各项EHS管理制度、操作规程和应急预案。
2、安全风险管理：
组织进行危险源辨识、风险评价和控制措施制定（如JHA/SCL/LEC等）。
负责对特种设备、危险作业（动火、高空、临时用电等）进行安全审批和现场监管。
组织实施日常安全巡检、专项检查和隐患排查，并跟踪整改措施的落实。
组织协调危险化学品的安全使用、储存，确保符合法律法规及相关标准要求。
3、环保管理：
确保公司废水、废气的合规排放，管理危险废弃物的收集、贮存和处置。
负责公司环保设施的日常运行监督，确保其正常有效运行。
负责作业场所职业危害因素定期检测与评价，落实职业病防护措施。
4、合规与事故管理：
保持与政府安监、环保、消防等部门的良好沟通，确保运营符合法律法规要求。
组织或参与各类EHS事故的调查、分析和处理，制定纠正与预防措施。

岗位要求：
1·有品牌公司EHS安全员相关从事经验（3年以上）；
2·年龄45岁以内；
3·大专以上学历，有安全管理员证书。
