任职要求：

1、本科或以上学历，3年以上Java后台开发经验，中高级Java开发工程师。

2、 JAVA基础扎实，熟悉IO、多线程、分布式、集合等基础API，对JVM原理有一定的了解。

3、熟悉开源Spring，Mybatis，SpringBoot，SpringCloud技术栈，能够根据具体业务特性，合理进行技术选型，有SpringCloud，Dubbo等微服务开发经验优先。

4、对互联网后端开发技术体系有较深入理解，熟练掌握Java应用性能诊断和调优策略。

5、熟练掌握常见SQL、NoSQL数据库原理，如mysql、hbase、elasticsearch等一种或多种；熟练使用MySQL数据库，熟悉Redis，有内存数据库、时序数据库应用开发经验的优先。

6、熟悉消息中间件，如kafka、rabbitmq、rocketmq等一种或几种。
