任职要求：
1. 全日制本科及以上学历；具有扎实的Java基础，深入理解IO、多线程、集合等基础，对JVM原理有一定的了解
2. 3年以上使用Java开发的经验，对常用开源框架了解原理和机制
3. 熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息、搜索、推荐等机制；能对分布式常用技术进行合理应用，解决问题
4. 掌握Linux操作系统和大型数据库；有较强的分析设计能力和方案整合能力
5. 对互联网或J2EE应用开发的*新潮流有关注，喜欢去看及尝试*新的技术，从技术趋势和思路上能影响技术团队
6. 拥有家装家居行业经验优先
7. 熟悉大厂技术栈、AI Agent应用优先"
