Purpose of Position:
● As part of VAVE engineering team in Zhuhai China, the primary role of this position is to improve reliability reduce costs of Videojet products by working with global R&D teams procurement teams.

● 作为中国珠海VAVE工程团队的一员，该职位的主要职责是与全球研发和采购团队合作，提升Videojet产品的可靠性并降低成本。
Essential Functions:
● Work on projects mainly involving VAVE on existing products. Some sustaining projects are also expected.
● Responsible fembedded system hardware design changes -- component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout, prototype debug, test, verification, pilot-run.
● Take technical ownership of the electronic area; work across various function teams, such as Sourcing, Quality, Service, Tech support, suppliers, Operations to ensure the successful implementation of design changes.
● Develop implement technical solutions to improve reliability reduce costs of Videojet products, meantime quality customer needs are not impacted.
● Test Plans to validate design solutions using lab testing, analysis, simulation tools.
基本功能：
● 主要负责现有产品中涉及到的VAVE的项目工作，也包括一些维护性项目。
● 负责嵌入式系统硬件设计变更，包括元器件选型、原理图绘制、PCB布局、原型调试、测试、验证及试运行。
● 全面负责电子领域的工作，与采购、质量、服务、技术支持、供应商及运营等各职能团队协同合作，确保设计变更顺利实施。
● 开发并实施技术解决方案，以提高Videojet产品的可靠性并降低成本，同时不影响产品质量和客户需求。
● 创建测试计划，通过实验室测试、分析和仿真工具验证设计解决方案。
Education, Background Skill Requirements:
● CET-4 above, demonstrate an ability to express technical matters adequately in English, bothally in writing.
● Bacheldegree (Master is a plus) in electronic engineering related disciplines.
● Minimum of 5 years in a relevant job as a design and/sustaining electronics engineer in micro-processor-based architecture (i.e. MCU, ARM, DSP, PowerPC etc.) findustrial control products.
● Strong knowledge of digital analogue electronics design techniques methods.
● Track record of successfully designing delivering embedded industrial control system products
● Strong knowledge hands-on schematic experience using at least one of the EDA design tools (i.e.CAD/Allegro, Altium Designer, etc.).
● Must have EMI/EMC regulatory compliance experience.
● PCB layout experience is a plus.
● Good understanding of quality reliability standards how they apply to electronic designs, including the importance of designing fmanufacture testability.
教育、背景和技能要求：
● 英语四级或以上，能够充分、准确地用英语口头和书面表达技术内容。
● 电子工程或相关学科的学士学位（硕士学历者优先）。
● 在工业控制产品领域，具备至少5年相关岗位工作经验，从事基于微处理器架构（如MCU、ARM、DSP、PowerPC等）的设计和/或维护电子工程师工作。
● 精通数字和模拟电路设计技术与方法。
● 有成功设计并交付嵌入式工业控制系统产品的经验。
● 熟练掌握至少一种EDA设计工具（如OrCAD/Allegro、Altium Designer等），具备丰富的电路图设计实践经验。
● 必须具备EMI/EMC及法规合规相关经验。
● 有PCB布局设计经验者优先。
● 对质量与可靠性标准有良好理解，能够将其应用于电子设计中，包括面向制造和可测试性设计的重要性。
