SUMMARY
The primary purpose of this job is to take responsibility of Linx China business growth, focusing on existing coding marking products, potential new products. To work with our sales / channel team to maximize our marketing ROI, from online offline, with a good balance of long term short term.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
● Market Insights & Strategy
1. Target segments, potential, penetration strategy
2. Products’ key features & price expected
3. To approach end customers through PPC/SEO/tradeshow etc., delivering revenue target.
● Channel Marketing & Enablement
1. Evaluate existing channel capability, train channel salesman
2. Help Distribution Sales Manager to develop new channel
3. Collaborate with channel partners, to run regional marketing activities
● Competitive Intelligence
1. Key competitors’ profile: volume/segments/regions/channel/price/main features
● Strategic Growth & Execution
1. Assist GM to build annual growth plan, lead the daily execution
2. Cross-functional cooperation with Sales/Technical Support, to lead & implement the plan
3. Guide/support salesman with opportunity identifying, valuable application knowledge
4. Lead manage marketing team, developing their career path
EDUCATION and/EXPERIENCE
● Bachelors degree (B. A.) from four-year university;
● Majin Marketing Engineering, MBA will be plus
● 8+ years sales marketing experience
● English, able to speak effectively before groups of customers managers ofganization.
