The project investment amounts to 720 million RMB, covering an area of 779 mu, comprising an 180,000-ton feed mill, a 1-million young hen farm, a 3-million laying hen farm, and a 54,000-ton egg grading and processing workshop. It is a super-large integrated agricultural modernization project in Asia, with large-scale breeding, advanced equipment, and high technological content, integrating feed production, laying hen farming, egg processing and sales, chicken meat processing, and ecological fruit and vegetable cultivation.
The equipment used by the company is purchased globally according to standards, mainly from Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland, Israel, and other countries. Relying on a robust automation system and data processing architecture, feed production, chicken farming, and egg grading and processing are all mechanized, automated, and digitized. Information technology is fully utilized within the company, allowing production and management personnel to monitor and control every detail of the production process in real time via computers, mobile phones, or iPads, from anywhere, and to trace product quality and production conditions, ensuring quality from feed to farming, egg processing, and sales.
