4. 深入理解分布式相关技术与内部实现原理，熟练掌握kafka，redis、dubbbo、flink、hive等中间件的使用。
5. 对海量数据存储有经验，对Hbase，ElasticSearch，Doris有深入理解，有性能调优经验。
6. 对Ethereum、Bitcoin等公链底层实现有一定了解，对链上转账，跨链，交易等有一定掌握。
7. 对链上常见协议原理掌握，如，swap，staking，lending等
8. 优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情，良好的团队合作精神具有强烈的责任心
