6.负责定期组织各岗位质量教育培训，强化质量管理，提高全员质量意识；
7.负责监督和维护质量体系的运行，开展实验设备验证活动等质量管理工作；
8.完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
1.医学、药学及相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2.三年以上质量岗工作经验；
3.熟悉生物、化药、制药相关的GLP知识；
4.具有良好的中英文书面及口语沟通，有一定的沟通协调能力和突发事件的处理能力，有较强的判断力和执行力，良好的团队合作精神。
