职位描述
1、负责美线大货中转客户的日常沟通，包括询价、订舱、货物追踪等需求的响应，确保信息传达准确及时。建立优质的服务质量体系，维护客户与公司长期稳定的合作关系；
2、熟悉国际物流美线操作流程、大件货物运输规范、海关清关政策及客服管理方法论。
3、具备优秀的跨语言（中英双语）沟通能力，能与国内外客户、合作伙伴高效协作。
4、具备较强的抗压能力与突发事件处理能力，能快速响应美线运输中的各类异常。
5、有客服团队带领经验，擅长目标拆解与人员激励。
任职要求：
1、本科或以上学历、3年以上大货中转操作经验，半年以上管理经验。亦可考虑优秀应届毕业生（以管培生身份入职）；
2，有CET-4证书，可流利使用英文和国外代理邮件书写或电话沟通；
3、有较强的逻辑思维，工作态度认真积极，服务意识强，具一定管理能力，能妥善处理物流方面的疑难杂症；
4、能独立承担客服部门的日常管理及培训工作；
福利待遇：
1、薪资构成：底薪+绩效奖金，年薪24-36万（条件特别优秀者薪资可面议），分红另计。
2、上班时间：9:00-12:00,14:00-18:00（5天7小时，周末双休）；
