3.能接受直播，每日上播时间4小时
4.能根据门店主推品牌，整理品牌产品卖点，通过直播讲解产品，促成交易
5.关注直播行业，熟悉抖音平台规则，熟练使用各种直播技巧和套路
6.认真参与每场开播准备工作和下播后整理、数据复盘工作
7.不断向优秀主播学习，不断更新直播间话术，优化直播技巧
8.完成领导制定的其他新媒体相关事项
