工作职责
1、负责境外子公司日常账务核算(单据审核;应收应付、资金、总账等账务核算)及财务管理(预算、资金计划、投资测算、资产等)相关工作。
2、负责境外子公司财务报表以及相关财务类分析编报。
3、负责境外子公司完成当地财务审计、税务合规申报及其他相关合规申报工作，形成或完善所负责区域的工作指南及政策解读。
4、负责与境外代理机构、子公司相关事宜的沟通对接，以及相应的跨部门协作等工作。
5、推动总部财务政策在子公司的落地，并汇报子公司运营情况。
6、完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格
1、具备2年及以上海外财务工作经验，或大型跨国企业财务岗位经验（如海外子公司财务专员、国际业务财务岗），财务、会计、税务等相关专业本科及以上学历，持有ACCA、CMA、CPA相关财务证书者优先。
2、熟悉国际会计准则（IFRS）及至少1 - 2个海外国家/地区的财税法规（如美国GAAP、欧盟VAT、新加坡税法等）；具备扎实的财务核算、税务筹划、资金管理专业能力，能独立处理复杂财务业务；
3、具备跨国公司或海外业务财务管理、税务等经验、有跨境并购、海外上市项目财务支持经验，或多币种、多准则财务处理经验者优先；
4、掌握中国及国际会计准则及税务法规，掌握与公司境外所在区域的财税知识者优先。熟悉外汇管理、跨境资金流动规则者优先。
5、适应跨时区协作，能接受海外出差和外派。
6、具备良好的数据处理能力、细致的工作态度、较强的学习能力、良好的团队合作精神及优秀的跨文化沟通能力。
