岗位职责:
1、实时监控锅炉/汽机系统运行参数（温度、压力、流量等），确保其在安全、经济、环保的工况下运行。
2、按照规程规范操作锅炉/汽机相关设备，执行日常设备巡检，及时发现并记录设备异常状态。
3、协助处理锅炉/汽机系统运行中的常见异常和简单故障，参与执行设备定期维护保养工作。
4、准确、完整地记录运行日志、巡检记录和维护报告，协助进行基础运行数据分析。
5、严格遵守电厂各项安全生产规章制度、操作规程和工艺纪律，参与现场安全检查和隐患排查。
6、积极学习掌握锅炉/汽机相关技术知识和操作规程，在指导下应用所学知识解决实际问题。
7、整理维护相关技术资料和记录，与运行班组及相关部门进行有效沟通协作。
8、完成上级和领导交办的其他工作事项。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历，能源与动力工程、热能与动力工程、机械工程及其自动化等相关专业。
2、英语CET四级及以上，具备简单交流的英语口语能力。
3、扎实掌握工程热力学、传热学、流体力学、锅炉原理、汽轮机原理等专业核心课程知识。
4、了解电厂锅炉/汽机系统基本原理、主要设备结构及工作流程，具备识读相关系统图、设备图纸的基础能力。
5、安全*意识强，积极主动学习新知识、新技术，工作认真负责，严谨细致，具备良好的逻辑思维，能够分析简单技术问题并提出解决方案思路，具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通表达能力。
6、技能要求：熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）及常用办公系统。
