职责描述：
1、理解公司数智化和业务规划，形成HR系统信息化建设规划及路线图，并负责HR系统项目的实施及推广。
2、负责 HR 系统相关业务需求的收集、梳理和分析等工作，结合业务现状和管理诉求形成业务解决方案和原型设计方案，并组织完成评审。
3、跟进开发迭代，负责测试用例编写和新开发或优化功能的测试验证，组织用户uat 测试及上线切换，确保按期保质交付。
4、负责HR系统的日常问题处理，快速定位并解决系统问题，确保系统正常运行和业务的连续性。
5、制定更新 HR系统操作规范、培训文档、常见问题手册和运维方案等，不定期组织对关键业务用户培训。完成领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业背景。
2、英语CET-4及以上。
3、具备1-3年HR系统运营经验，有用友BIP实施运维经验者优先。
4、有项目管理(PMP、信息系统、系统集成等)或产品经理证书者优先。
5、熟悉主流关系型数据库如 0racle、MySQL 者优先。
